The First Plant-Based Restaurant in Chicago’s Western Suburbs
Manna Kitchen is a family owned and operated restaurant, founded in 2019 by Shanti & Markus Schramm. Together with Christopher Baugh, executive chef, and a talented team of sous chefs, we make all dishes to order. We source local and organic certified ingredients whenever possible. We use quality oils, such as cold pressed sunflower oil or olive oil in our sauces and recipes.
Many of our dishes can be modified to be nut free, gluten free, soy free etc.
Manna Kitchen serves vegetarian plant based food. All dishes are vegan. No animal products are used in anything we offer, including desserts, snacks and beverages. We also make whole vegan cakes to order.
Our private dining room is available for rental such as corporate events, training, classes, parties, bridal or baby showers, anniversaries etc. Seating up to 50. Catering is available.

You can find Manna Organics’ vegan, organic certified & kosher products available for sale at Manna Kitchen, including fully sprouted Manna Bread, nut butters, kale chips, nut flours and snacks. We also offer some of the best brands of vegan snacks, locally sourced kombucha, non-alcoholic beer and a wide variety of non alcoholic drinks.
